Elizabeth Perry, MS, CCC-SLP is STAG's founder, director and one of our therapists. Liz received her Bachelor of Art degree from UC Davis in 2010 and a Master of Science degree from Brigham Young University in 2012. Additionally, she received the Compton PES-L accent modification certification in 2013 and an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Specialist certification from Stockton University in 2020. Elizabeth recently wrote guidelines for evidence-based speech therapy practices for children with Autism ages 0-6 which were accepted by the China Association of Rehabilitation for the Disabled (CARD) for use throughout the country of China. Her areas of specialty include IEEs, corporate coaching in accent modification and acquisition, Autism Spectrum Disorder and early intervention practices. When not with clients, Liz enjoys spending time with her family of seven.

Anne Hartwell is our administrative manager and is excited to be with STAG. Her background includes working as a Contracts Analyst for Fortune 500 companies as well as companies in the fields of research, medical and space sciences in the East Bay and Silicon Valley. More recently she enjoyed positions in the arts and as an assistant curator for a local university. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching children art, writing and illustrating children’s books and painting.
Allison Aslin-Williams, MS, CCC-SLP is one of our valued therapists. She has extensive experience working with children from birth through adolescence.
Shannon is happy to serve as the Billing Specialist with the wonderful team at Stag Speech. Shannon's journey began in Idaho, as the owner of a dance studio and an HR consulting firm. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University in 2014, and has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management as well. She lives in Utah, has 4 children and enjoys dancing, traveling and spending time with her family.
Nikki Snapp, MS, CCC-SLP is one of our valued therapists. She has extensive experience working with children from birth through adolescence.
Maria Villacis, MS, CCC-SLP is a bilingual Spanish-speaking speech-language pathologist with seventeen years of experience. She obtained an MS degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Xavier University in 2005. Her experience includes evaluating and treating children and adults in a variety of settings including home-based therapy, the school setting, in an outpatient clinic, teletherapy, hospitals, and in skilled nursing facilities. In her spare time, she enjoys sketching, reading, spending time with her family, and attending continuing education courses to expand her clinical skills.
Samantha Dembski, MS, CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist with over twenty years of experience in school, private practice and teletherapy settings. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2003. Samantha sees STAG's teletherapy clients and has treated preschool-age students through young adults with receptive and expressive language delays, articulation disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Samantha specializes in guiding parents through the process of facilitating speech and language in the home environment and community, while recommending creative, age-appropriate activities for increased socialization for school-aged children and teens.
Sandra Ho, MS, OTR/L is one of our valued therapists. She has extensive experience working with children from birth through adolescence.
Meredith Maffeo, MS, CCC-SLP received her Bachelor degree from Yale University and her Masters degree from San Francisco State University in 2018. She has extensive experience evaluating and treating children and adults with speech and language disorders. Various settings she has worked in include private practice and the hospital, primarily in pediatrics. Meredith is currently working with STAG's early intervention population.
